Stover & Associates, Inc. is providing Business Development Workshops to 7(j) eligible businesses nationwide as part of the Small Business Administration (SBA) efforts to provide relevant training to the small business community so that they can make "real world" business decisions that lead to business success.Stover has provided these contract services since October 2009 and we continue to improve and increase the quality of our courses.

• Our staff delivers 142 on-line training events covering 19 topics during fiscal year 2020. One session of each topic is provided in edited recorded format. In addition, we will provide two self-paced Web Based Training modules and a Self-Assessment Tool designed to help small businesses determine their eligibility and readiness for participation in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program.
• Since fiscal year 2010, Stover has delivered 362 on site, classroom workshops in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam. Additionally, we have delivered 786 web-based, instructor-led real-time training sessions since fiscal year 2013. We have trained more than 29,000 small business participants across the country. We are proud of our professional relationship with the SBA team.

Stover has provided Classroom training to small business clients of business development organizations at the state level, Procurement Technical Assistance Centers and Non-Profit organizations, improving their outreach and providing expertise in government procurement. We have also provided classroom training and workshops to small to mid-sized businesses seeking to increase the knowledge and skill of their employees and increase their ability to win.
