General Summary

Programmatically lead all aspects of management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. Provide senior level advice, facilitation, and direct assistance for strategic planning, process and productivity improvements, downsizing, organizational assessments, program audits, and evaluations. Possess a high level of significant programmatic experience in Government agency management processes.

Functional Responsibilities

  1. Direct all aspects of program efforts.
  2. Oversee all program personnel and related work.
  3. Perform, at a high level, all aspects of consulting, facilitation, and training involving management, organizational, and business improvement efforts.
  4. Analyze and review program documentation.
  5. May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Master's Degree in related field or equivalent and fifteen (15) years of related work experience. A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted with twenty (20) years of related work experience.
